Seeing a need for a new idea and path towards the uplifting of our communities, this non-profit had the realization that one of the factors affecting young high school aged youth, in underserved communities, has been the lack of an economic structure or the tools needed to help develop our youth into successful adults. We look to the future and they are our future.

Our goal is to mentor and encourage high school aged teenagers 14-17, to strive for the best that they can be in the future. This is a non-profit mentorship program focused at creating a better vision for youth in underserved communities. Our goal is to mentor and encourage high school aged teenagers 14-17, to strive for the best that they can be in the future. The belief is, by exposing these young lives to successful, upstanding, professional, and career minded people, people that they may not normally interact with. We truly feel that this will contribute to gaining economic wealth in those communities. We also believe that the same individuals, will be encouraged by the "each one, teach one" method and will inspire recipients of this program, to reach back and extend a helping hand to the next individual or individuals that could go through the same growth development that they overcame. We are seeking to connect chosen high school students with professionals at businesses, corporations, law firms, banks, hospitals and entrepreneurs that would be interested in this mentorship program.
